You are capable.

If you are ready to make meaningful changes, you have come to the right place. One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Through understanding comes healing and growth.

Taking the First Step
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, gently exploring your past while building the tools you need to move forward with clarity and compassion.

Educational Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Sam Houston State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas, supervised by Kallie Allen, M.Ed., LPC-Supervisor, CSC, CDWF.

What to Expect in Session
My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment theory and a deep understanding of how your past experiences, especially trauma and early relationships, shape the way you move through the world today. I believe healing happens in safe, compassionate relationships, and my goal is to offer you exactly that: a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.

Together, we’ll gently explore the parts of you that learned to protect, perform, or disconnect in order to survive. I draw from inner child work, parts work, mindfulness practices, and strength-based approaches to help you connect with your truest self.

We May Be a Good Fit If…

  • You are ready to start identifying the patterns in life that are interfering with getting what you want.
  • You are looking for a space to process your emotions safely.
  • You want to boost your self-esteem and self-worth by challenging negative self-beliefs and celebrating your strengths.
  • You’re seeking effective strategies to manage anxiety, depression or life challenges.
  • You want to address women’s issues by practicing assertiveness and setting healthy boundaries.
  • You want to develop a positive body image and focus on health and well-being rather than appearance.
  • You need support navigating family conflict, finding common ground, and setting clear boundaries.

If any of this speaks to you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can take the first step toward the healing and clarity you deserve.
