At Pinkerton Psychotherapy, we will offer a roadmap to recovery whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, or just adjusting to new circumstances.

Life can become difficult at times. It is easy to feel alone and unsure of how to handle difficulties and adversity. Getting help navigating your thoughts and feelings and learning to cope with these challenges is beneficial for moving forward in a healthy and productive manner.

I am here to offer a roadmap to recovery whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, or just adjusting to new circumstances.

I completed a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Houston. I specialize in treating clients struggling with substance and process addictions, cooccurring anxiety and depression, trauma, and men’s mental health issues. I utilize a person centered and CBT approach to build a positive therapeutic relationship and address maladaptive thought processes to decrease negative symptoms. I equip my clients with a variety of coping skills including mindfulness and relaxation techniques that will prepare them to manage triggers and daily stressors.

Please reach out to me if you are feeling alone or need help. I am happy to listen and work through your situation with you.
