At Pinkerton Psychotherapy, whether you are in the midst of a life transition, navigating a high-stress environment, or simply feeling that something inside needs to shift, I am here to walk alongside you.
I come to this work with deep respect for your lived experience and a heartfelt belief in the strength it takes to reach out for support.
As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I do not come with all the answers. However, I bring curiosity, care, and a commitment to creating a safe space where your story is honored. I believe that change happens in connection, not only with others, but also within ourselves. I recognize that working on ourselves and our relationships can be a difficult decision. We are complex and passionate human beings, and facing parts of ourselves in the name of healing and a brighter future is both courageous and challenging. My hope is to help you explore these complexities and support you on a path toward clarity, connection, and growth.
I am especially interested in working with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating identity shifts, relationship challenges, motherhood and parenting, anxiety, or burnout. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we create space for both important questions and the difficult emotions that may arise along the way.
I am a proud native Texan and earned my undergraduate degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University, followed by a Master’s in Public Administration from the Bush School of Government and Public Service. After a career in corporate consulting and leadership development, I felt called to pursue more intimate work that meets people right where they are. I am currently completing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy through Abilene Christian University.
It would be a privilege to meet you where you are, and to walk with you in the name of healing.
