At Pinkerton Psychotherapy, we will support you on your journey to emotional well-being whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions.
I am focused on guiding individuals and families towards healthier dynamics and stronger connections. I work with children, teens, and adults as well as family units and couples. I bring a fresh and empathetic perspective to the therapy process. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, I am honing my skills in solution-focused therapy and collaborative problem-solving. As a Marriage and Family Intern working under the supervision of Dr. Paula Boros Ph.D., LMFT-S while pursuing my degree at Houston Christian University, I am committed to assisting people in finding solutions that promote healing, harmony, and growth. I believe that individuals possess the resilience to overcome challenges and I consider it a privilege to work in a collaborative effort towards those goals.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, I’m here to support you on your journey to emotional well-being. Join me in unity for exploration and positive change, as we work together towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
